Founder Mitzi Ruddock brings a powerful blend of real estate, advocacy, and small business development expertise, along with a deep passion for community revitalization, which has shaped Solutions byUS’s holistic, trauma-informed approach to business consulting.

Mitzi is currently expanding her credentials as a certified Art of Listening Trainer, Plant-Infused Yoga Instructor, and Business Coach. She has also studied under renowned scholar Dr. Joy DeGruy through the course African American Multigenerational Trauma and Implementing Models of Change, gaining critical insights into cultural healing, structural inequities, and community empowerment strategies.

Lastly, in her role as the Good Neighbor Plan Compliance Consultant for the City of Detroit, Mitzi ensures that licensees uphold their social equity commitments, advancing accountability and community reinvestment.
